Looking for housemate in LALOR, Victoria for sale

Hi, my names Ibi 26 years old looking for housemate to move into a room as my current housemate is moving out with his girlfreind. The room can fit a queensize bed with your own wardrobe. The house is fitted with airconditioning and central heating, some of the house will have to be furnished. There is parking in the driveway and outside.
The rent is $715 per month excluding bills, the house is located near a bus stop and right near the freeway
Preferably, Im looking for somebody who is outgoing and freindly, can clean up after themselves. I enjoy playing video games with mates and watching movies, listening to music and having a casual drink with freinds so somebody who shares the same interest would be great :)
The room will be available on the 25/10/2013 as that is the date my housemate will be moving out. If you are interested please email me or message with a description of yourself.
