14 foot semi - pop top caravan including full annex all in excellent condition for age. 1995 model Evernew, Easy and light to tow, like towing a small trailer. Electric brakes, fully enclosed annex - good size. Galvanised chasis.
Everything in good working order, including lights, fridge, stove- top and microwave. Microwave is brand new. Plenty of cupboards and storage space. Includes Vic registration. Tare weight approx 850kg. (says slightly higher on rego sticker, but we researched the tare weight and it is lighter than stated). Always been garaged with previous owners, up until 36 months ago, since then has always had a breathable Caravan cover on it. Fully lockable, completely waterproof aluminium storage unit attached to front (as shown in the main picture).
Easily sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, although there's been no children. Great buy, as the pop top is in great condition with no leaks. If interested the caravan may be viewed Melbourne in the Northern suburbs.
